Our Mission
To provide personalized, student-centered learning experiences that strengthen academic foundations, foster critical thinking, support social-emotional growth, and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Our Vision
To create a learning environment where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential through curiosity, confidence, and meaningful exploration.
Our Story
i3 Academics was founded by Alexis and Rachel, two passionate educators who believed students deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach to learning.
After years in the classroom, we saw how the pressure of standardized testing often overshadowed creativity, curiosity, and individualized support. Too many students were struggling to fit into a system that overlooked their unique strengths and learning needs.
At i3 Academics, we meet students where they are and help them grow with confidence. We tailor instruction to provide strong academic foundations while encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deeper engagement with learning.
We believe student success extends beyond academics. By prioritizing social-emotional development and hands-on, exploratory learning experiences, we foster confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning.

What makes our micro-school unique?
We ensure every exceptional learner receives a personalized education. Our experiential learning approach immerses students in meaningful experiences that inspire intellectual growth and creativity, equipping them for real-world challenges. With small class sizes, we ensure that each student gets the individual attention necessary to thrive. Join i3 Academics for a unique learning experience tailored just for your family!

Customizable Learning Experience
Experiential or project-based learning involves hands-on activities related to real-world problems. Students collaborate to design products, conduct experiments, or create presentations, focusing on active participation. This approach fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills while deepening understanding through reflection on their experiences.

Experiential Learning
A customizable learning experience includes personalized learning paths that cater to individual needs and preferences, allowing for self-paced progress. It features diverse content formats, along with real-time feedback to monitor advancement.

Small Class Sizes
Small class sizes foster community by allowing closer relationships among students and teachers. This environment encourages collaboration and personalized attention, leading to improved academic performance. Ultimately, smaller classes promote social and academic growth.
